HAVING HARD TIME GAINING REFUND FOR AVG ULTIMATE, BOUGHT UNBEKNOW TO ME, THROUGH SAFECART AS I WAS ON AVG WEB SIGHT. PURCHASED 23/5/16 REALISED WITHIN DAYS IT WAS NOT FOR ME AND THAT STARTED RUN AROUND.
4 REFUND FORMS MANY PHONE CALLS ( ALL NUMBERS ON AVG WEB OR SUPPLIED BY PHONE OPERATOR) E.MAILS . FINALLY PUY IT IN BANKS HANDS FOR REFUND AND TO STOP MONTHLY DEBIT. ONE PHONE NUMBER 080085**** ACTUALLY CONECTED ME TO A RECORDED MESSAGE IN A VERY ENGLISH ACCENT FROM 'THE HOT CHILLI CANTEEN' WHICH PROCEEDED TO GIVE ME A FULL MENU AND OPENING TIMES AND ANOTHER 184******** CONECTED ME TO A WOMAN IN THE SAME TOWN AS MYSELF. LEADING ME TO BELEIVE THE PHONES WERE HACKED.
AVG WHICH THEY CLOSED AND REFUNDED, WHICH I DIDN'T WANT. I HAVE BEEN WITH AVG OVER 3 YEARS BUT WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN .
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $128.
