I purchased a 1 time use, I thought? My credit card was recently showed a charge of $49.00 for a renewal.

I did not remember asking for the renewal. I called Customer Support and my credit card charge was IMEDIATELY refunded! I have said what I needed to say without 100 words. Safe Cart and PC cleaner were fair to me.

I think the cleaner did help some when used. I am not a guru. I probably, if my knowledge was at the same and previous level, purchase and try using PC cleaner.

My computor did seem to work better. 100 words

I ordered the 2 systems to clean my computer, 59.00, then the man offered to fix the issues I had with the computer by turning it over to them online. He said it would be fixed TODAY, and the charge would be 230.00.

I told him,NO WAY can my Social Security afford that much now. He said, "no problem" you can pay 14.99 per month, and we will still fix your computer today. I said OK, go ahead and fix it.

They worked on it for 3 days, didn't fix the issues, and charged my account the full 230.00 instantly. now, the computer was not fixed by them, and they keep hanging up on me when I call customer support..

I signed up for a supposedly $1 trial and now have been charged not once but twice $24.99 on top that $1 resulting in losing $50 for something I don't want it need or can afford and incurring $25 worth overdraft fees. Am probably about lose $24.99 again and again overdraft due to no answer when call and no reply to email meaning unable to even cancel let alone get refund. I've emailed multiple times to cancel and get refund and have yet to get any kind reply.and no answer when call.
