SafeCart doesn't work
I purchased SafeCart for $40.00 and it did a great job of screwing up my computer. It doesn't work for its intended purpose. Trying to get a refund, but all you get is button pushing. It's one of those deals where you have to let them know you want to cancel/refund by pushing buttons. They don't answer that line! They know what they are doing! The safest thing to do when making a purchase online is to use your credit card so that you can file a dispute when the product is a rip-off. Thank God I used my CC with this purchase. I'll put a stop on my credit card.

Driver Whiz is a total scam. I normally check things out before i buy.
See what others are saying about it. For some reason i didn't do that this time. Never again! The Better Business Bureau already has received complaints on them.
Everyone should call them and tell them this company is a rip off. The product does not work at all, and the woman i talked to trying to get my money back was extremely rude and arrogant.
When i tried to use their product it did not download any drivers at all, tho it seemed to. Ginger

Scam - false advertisement of pc software, charges not reimbursed
June 30, 2010. I attempted to purchase the driver detective after first using the free download to scan my computer for missing drivers. It said my total purchase was for $45.50 but when I tried to complete the purchase it said that the software I was looking for could not be found. Do not attempt to purchase or install this software. It is a scam. Once you leave the page that says your software cannot be found, please call for technical support, you cannot find anyway to contact this company listed on any of their web advertisements. You receive no product for the money charged....and no way to contact them.

Thank God that my internet provider has such great customer service. They assisted me in securing my computer and fixing errors.
Paretologic is about as useless as *** on a boar hog. Their rep. repeatedly told me that my computer would crash any second unless I purchased a $300 package with one of their microsoft approved technicians to fix the hard drive. The more desperate he became to sell his products the more I felt like he was a junkie and I was his heroin.
I would not buy $20 bills at $5 a pop from those guys.
Sorry for anybody else who got screwed. $30 lesson.
I PURCHASED THE SOFTWARE AND THEN DECIDED THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN IT AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK. BUT ALL I GET IS BEING PUT ON HOLD SO I CALL CCUSTOMER SERVICE # AND ALL I GET IS EITHER PUT ON HOLD OR CALL BACK I COULD SEE IF I USED THE SOFTWEAR BUT I HAVE NOT ACTIVATE THE SOFTWEAR.I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK ON MY CARD.

I also purchased the paretologic health advisor. It screwed up my computer and did not work.
I was flat in bed for 2 months with a bad back so I am over the 60 days to get a refund.
Bad product and bad company.
