I recently "purchased" a free trial for a service, billed through SafeCart (eVerify). I cancelled my "Subscription" on the day I tried the service (eVerify also sucked).

I got no notice of cancellation, so I went on with my life. Then when the "Free" trial ended, I got hit with the $20 monthly charge. I protested this through PayPal, but they said that SafeCart did not have my cancellation in their records and therefore assumed they could charge my card.

Account is now cancelled, and I have done a SECOND cancellation with eVerify and SafeCart (Neither have been acknowledged via email or even a confirmation number or a screen that I can take an image of. Thankfully it's "only" $20.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Same problem for me, I never buy this software then my paypal was debited ! One question for me is paypal aware and promote this scam ?
