Safecart - Totally messed up my computer
Bought into a virus protection (Avast) system for $499.99 from Safecart.com. Apparently getting Windows 10 was part of the deal. Prior to this, I was using Windows 7 professional. it worked perfectly for my use. The Windows 10 most certainly did not. There was lots of trash on it that I never would use. Additionally, my e mail is a mess. I called the company on numerous occasions and was sent to a technician who was based in Bombay, India. My e mail is still a mess.
Several times Windows 10 failed and needed more tech work. I have spent more than 20 hours trying to get my computer and e mail working properly.
Tomorrow, I am taking my computer to my local repair man to see if he can reinstall Windows Professional and fix my e mail so it works properly.
As a result of this mess, I want a full refund of the amount of money I spent on your company. If I don't receive it within 2 weeks, I will call the United Stated Attorney General and file a complaint.
